Douglas J. Hilliary, Chairman of the Board
In 1980, Douglas along with other family members saw the need for quaility Cable service in Southwest Oklahoma. In the 1980's Douglas was instrumental in bringing quality cable service to Alex, Apache, Cement, Grandfield, Minco, Randlett, Sterling, and Tuttle Oklahoma. Douglas is also Chairman of the Board of Medicine Park Telephone, an ILEC, Wichita Online, a CLEC, Hilliary Farms, and Hilliary Development

Dustin J. Hilliary, President
In 2006, Dustin began overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Dustin oversee every aspect of the company from the technical aspect to working with the CFO on a daily basis for financial planning.
In addition, Dustin is Vice-President of Medicine Park Telephone, an ILEC, Wichita Online, a CLEC, and Hillary Development.

Michael J. Hilliary, Vice-President
Michael has been a part of Southern Plains and its predicessors for some 15 years. He has been involved in every aspect of the company.
At current, Michael is President of Wichita Online a CLEC providing quad-play services to Southwestern Oklahoma.

Edward E. Hilliary, Jr. Vice-President
Edward has been with the company for some 20 years. He has been actively involved in every aspect of the company primarily specializing in FCC mandates.
Edward is currently President of Medicine Park Telephone Company an ILEC based in Medicine Park, OK.

Dean started with the company in June 2007. He brings 20+ years of extensive knowledge of the banking industry to the telecommunications industry. Dean oversees the accounting department and assists the President with financial planning.
